We call Rich, make an appointment, bring our cars in (mine is a 2003 CRV with 150,000 miles, my wife's is a 2010 Prius with 90,000 miles), they take care of whatever service and repairs need to be done, we pay a fair price, and the cars run great. They do a great job and are totally trustworthy. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. It's pretty simple!

I wouldn't trust anyone else to maintain my Civic. Rich never does work unless it's needed, and I appreciate that he has a section on the bill to indicate items that will probably need doing in the future. I love the sticker on the windshield indicating when next service will be needed.
